What Three Evenings Looks Like
Each session is approximately 90 minutes. Live on Zoom. Rob leads every session. Small group – you get direct attention on your specific business, not generic examples.
Root cause analysis on your business. Rob walks you through Theory of Constraints applied to real estate. You map your Current Reality Tree. The bottleneck becomes visible – usually for the first time.
Your business runs on unwritten rules. Rob walks you through extracting them – every decision trigger, every standard, every process you execute on instinct. By end of session two, it’s in writing. That’s what makes the AI work on day three.
Configure AI to run on your documented system. The difference between “I use ChatGPT sometimes” and “I have an AI system that executes my business processes.” You leave with it working – not as homework.
